Value vs Price

The complexity and interconnectedness of today's financial markets allow minimal margin for error. Our fundamental approach to equity investments remains largely unchanged, as we still believe that distinguishing between "price" and "value" is one of the most crucial skills an investor can have.

Increased Returns, Reduced Risk

Our emphasis on equity selection yields significantly higher returns and reduces investment risk. However, it is our refined market entry timing that boosts the performance our clients have come to expect. By concentrating on choosing the right stocks/assets and timing our entry, we employ the most effective strategy to achieve market-beating returns over the medium to long-term investment horizon.

Rewards for the Patient Investor

In the past, it was better to have in-depth knowledge of a few stocks rather than diversify with a large number of shares. However, recent global macroeconomic conditions, which are just now starting to favor increased risk-taking, have made the principles of Modern Portfolio Theory much more important for reducing investment risk.

Our investment philosophy favors the patient investor with a long-term perspective, as we believe this approach yields the best returns with minimal risk exposure. In contrast, we find that impatient, short-term investors often fail to outperform the market because they are typically unwilling to wait for an asset or security's fundamental "value" to be reflected in its "price."
